Riad pour nous tout seuls (famille de 10 personnes).
Très joli, très fonctionnel. Literies impeccables, propre.
Ayoub de la conciergerie et kahoula pour les petits dej, ménage et que nous avons pris aussi pour les diners sont attentifs et efficaces et flexibles. Ils sont extrêmement agréables.
L endroit est dans la médina à 5' à pieds de la place jeema.
Bravo et merci pour ce sejour de 3 nuits , excellent !

nos hemos alojado 12 amigos y la casa no podía ser mejor, es muy luminosa y céntrica . La chica que asiste la casa es súper amable y cuidadosa con los anfitriones. Sin duda ha sido un acierto alojarse en este Riad.

Great place to stay no far at all from the city center and just right away from the crowded and noisy city to get some peace of mind and a good night sleep. I would recommend this stay to friends and family. Thanks for hosting us !

La localisation dans le souk, dans une ruelle calme et à quelques minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna ou des taxis est parfaite.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Noria. The house is amazing ! It is definitely more beautiful in really life, every corner of the house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We traveled with kids and enjoyed the games area which catered to both younger and older kids. We also loved the cinema and had a couple of lovely movie nights! The swimming pool is heated and has plenty of beds around for everyone. Towels were provided for the swimming pool which was a very nice gesture. Assia and Aya the house keepers are wonderful ladies, we appreciated how helpful they were. They catered a tasty breakfast every morning at the time we requested. They also gave us nice recommendations for the area. Overall, we cannot recommend villa Noria enough and we hope to be back soon !

This Apartment is one of our favorite places in Morocco. Gorgeous and Modern design. Big 3 bedrooms, enormous closets.. beautiful light. Awesome roof spot. Great neighborhood. You will need a car or you can take cabs every where.. 10 mints away from Medina.
This place ideal for families and group of friends who may need a little quiet after the bustle of the beautiful city of Marechesh. .

Le logement est conforme aux photos et à la description. Logement typique marocain comme nous le souhaitions. Notre hôte nous a accueilli a 3h du matin et s est montré tres agréable malgré l heure tardive. Jolie terrasse en rooftop, tres agréable pour se poser et déjeuner

Our stay in this villa in Marrakech was nothing short of extraordinary as a family with three children! The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the game room is incredible, providing endless entertainment. The heated pool was a true paradise for the whole family, and the cinema was fantastic for unforgettable movie nights together. A huge thank you to the cook, whose meals were deliciously exquisite. Every moment spent here was perfect! We wholeheartedly recommend this villa!

Bon séjour, très belle maison bien décorée avec goût dans un environnement paisible et sécurisé.

Villa exceptionnelle et conformes aux photos. Conciergerie réactive et petits déjeuner préparé avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse par Assia. Le seul point négatif est hors de la villa. La zone est en construction avec du vis à vis et excentrée. On est pas à la palmeraie c’est sûr, mais la villa est à ce standing sans problème et à bon prix.

Had an amazing stay in Marrakech! Great location and the pool on the rooftop was very refreshing.

Leiligheten var akkurat som beskrevet og som på bildene. Verten svarte raskt hvis vi lurte på noe. Vi hadde med oss 2 små barn, og pleide å gå til carre eden, det var en kort tur. Kort gåvei til mange bra restauranter og steder. Det lå en fin restaurant 2-3 min gåavstand fra leiligheten som åpnet tidlig og serverte bra frokost.
Alt man trenger var tilgjengelig i leiligheten. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd.

Check in flexible, appartement authentique au coeur de marrakesh qui nous a permis de tous visiter facilement a pied. Petites attentions a notre arrivé et beaucoup de recommendation d'endroit a visiter ou de restaurant qui n'etais pas visible sur internet et que nous avons enormement apprecié.

Authentique et magnifique ryad très bien situé et pourtant dans une ruelle relativement calme.
C'était parfait pour notre famille de 9 personnes dont 2 enfants.

The apartment is ideally located within the residential complex, facing South, close to the pool, and with a beautiful view of the garden. The apartment is clean, well maintained, bright and sunny, very comfortable, with a great and well stocked kitchen and good plumbing (shower water pressure). The furniture is clean, functional and comfortable.
Youssef is available, kind, generous, and prompt to answer any questions or to fix any problems, both prior to check-in, and during the stay.
I highly recommend this listing.

We had an enjoyable stay at this AirBnB . The location was great.
The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—bright, spacious, clean, and really comfortable. It felt like a proper home away from home, which made a big difference after long days exploring the city. All the essentials have been provided, Iron, Ironing board, Hairdryer, Microwave, Pots and pans, Clothes washing basket etc the host has really thought about everything.
The location is perfect in the New Town (in Gueliz behind and between Carre Eden and Café Elite), all shops, snacks, cafes, hairdresser, supermarket and restaurants etc. are within walking distance. The medina and the Kasbah are also not so far away and easy to find by car, taxi, bus or even by a walk.
Only thing which I didn’t like is the balcony is north facing it never gets sun shine directly into the apartment - but this can be an advantage in most months, so it does not get too hot but its something to be aware for those sun seekers.

everything was perfect, super well kitted out, quiet, good quite bedding, amazing bed. great to have a real office chair too perfect for digital nomads working. loved it.

Host got us transfers sorted when we arrived in morocco so had no problems finding the place and even checked in early

de très belles chambres climatisées avec de belles salles de bain et une magnifique terrasse.
Le ryad est bien équipé et est adapté si vous venez en groupe de plusieurs familles.
l'hôte est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner est prêt chaque matin.

Le seul petit bémol : la piscine intérieure est plutôt une fontaine aménagée peu profonde où les enfants peuvent barboter et se rafraîchir et cela est plaisant pour eux.

je conseille vivement ce logement pour les voyageurs qui veulent découvrir Marrakech et goûter à l'ambiance d'un ryad marocain.

ce fut un grand plaisir d'y séjourner !

My friends and I enjoyed alot our stay in Dar Khadoj, everything was clean, tidy. We even had the possibility to check-in a bit earlier than 3pm, Ismail helped us getting to the riad, he was friendly and helpful. We met Khaoula, a kind lady who made our stay even greater, she made sure everything is clean, she helped us feel comfortable at the riad, she was available the whole time, she made us a festive breakfast in the morning.
The riad is very well located, there’re restaurants and cafes nearby, close to jamaa el fna, qsar elbahia, dar si said, etc. It was very helpful, getting to these places in no time.
The rooms and bathrooms were all sparkly clean, tidy and comfortable. We had the best sleep.
Finally I am sure i’ go back again to the riad or at least I’ll recommend it to my friends.

Superbe séjour entre amis dans une tres belle villa. Le complexe est encore en travaux mais la maison beneficie de tous les équipements nécessaires.
Très bien accueilli par Ayoub, très gentil, serviable et disponible.
Mention spéciale à Ruda et Ouria nos cuisinières qui ont été exceptionnelles pendant tout le séjour.
Un pur régal du petit dej au dîner.

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was a great experience. We stayed for a week as two families (four adults and three young children) and the villa was ideal.

It’s modern, exactly like the photos, and the heated pool at 30°C was a real highlight. The games room was fantastic, and the two maids were very helpful, preparing breakfast and keeping things tidy.

The garden was perfect for the kids and even gave us space to play cricket. Bedroom layout is as follows: one on the ground floor, three upstairs, and a fifth in the basement accessed separately (which we luckily didn’t need).

The area is still under development, but we had no issues with noise. Once complete, the Noria Golf Residence will be stunning. You can walk to the golf clubhouse and enjoy a meal there.

Great value and a beautiful villa. Highly recommended. Thank you!

très beau séjours au sien de cœur de Marrakech

Mooie riad in de medina 5 minuten lopen van het Jemaa El Fna Plein. We werden met de taxi opgehaald van het vliegveld en afgezet bij de riad, maar de instructies waren onduidelijk. Nadat we verkeerd zijn gelopen, werden we gecontact door door de host omdat het erg lang duurde voordat we er waren. Toen heeft hij zijn locatie gedeeld en zijn we alsnog aangekomen. Ter compensatie hoefde we geen taxi te betalen. Het adres op Maps stuurt je ergens anders heen dan het daadwerkelijk is. Verder zijn er mooie kamers en een mooi dakterras. Er zit een heerlijk ontbijt bij en de dame die dat regelt is erg aardig en hulpvaardig. Ook de host stond altijd klaar voor vragen enzo. Al met al een erg fijne plek om te verblijven in Marrakesh.

Very nice villa. Exactly like the photos. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The maid/cleaner and the security guard were very polite, responsive and pro-active.

It was our first time staying in a Riad&It was so cozy and just the perfect getaway.
The rooms were spacious and perfect to cool down in the hot weather.
The rooms were well furnished & clean.
The best part was how close we were to everything, you could easily walk at any time of the day and feel comfortable.

The host Zack made our stay carefree by arranging everything for us! He was always responsive and super attentive. Aisha was always around to help if anything was needed, going above and beyond!

10/10 definitely recommend!

A dream stay in a villa that truly offers a lot!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning, spotless villa. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with the lovely scent of Natus, Moroccan tea, and fresh cookies. Such a thoughtful touch.

The kitchen was well-equipped and had a great coffee machine. Our private chef, Madame Assiyah, made the experience extra special. She was kind, caring, and cooked exceptionally well. Her daughters Sara and Ayaa were also very helpful and spoke great English.

The breakfast buffet was a delight, and the villa had it all: a clean, well-maintained pool, towels in all rooms, spacious bedrooms, a relaxing garden, and easy music casting. Laundry access was super convenient.

The kids loved the game room (so did we), and the cinema room was perfect for cozy nights.

One note: there are outdoor security cameras, including one facing the pool. This wasn’t mentioned clearly, which made some guests uneasy at first, but it was for safety.

Logement d’exception neuf très propres et sécurisé parfaitement situé au centre ville de Marrakech. Tout est à disposition en quelques minutes très facile d’accès avec place de parking.

La maison est comme sur les photos et même plus grande en vrai. C’est dans une résidence sécurisée et super calme.
C’est propre, luxueux, neuf et super équipé.

Le service de conciergerie qui gère la maison est au petit soin et super réactif.

Ils nous au recommandé un service de chauffeur pour nous transporter pendant tout le long du séjour. Pareil, ils étaient adorables, au petit soin. Toujours disponible et très bon rapport qualité prix ! Maasi et Said sont tops ! Vous pouvez leur faire confiance les yeux fermés !

Nous avions aussi une personne pour les repas et le ménage dans la maison, Mariem. Elle était très adorable. Très poli et très discrète. La nourriture était excellentes. Je vous recommande aussi fortement !

Moi et mes amies avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette appartement, pas loin du centre, calme , aucun soucis de voisinage, beaucoup de place de parking, personnel très gentil que ce soit les gardes, les femmes de ménage et tout ce qu’il en suit

Dokuz yetişkin iki çocuk olarak çok rahat şekilde kalabildik. Eskişehrin tam merkezindeydik ve bir taraftan da 4 dakikalık mesafesi ile çok büyük bir gürültü uzağında kaldık.

Logement bien situé et très propre

This was my first Airbnb and WOW, what a villa! Looked like something off MTV cribs, it was outstanding!

The pool is a good size and lukewarm but can also be changed to cold if you wish. All the rooms were clean and kept tidied. The games room is a blast! and the cinema room is super comfy.

The host was responsive from the first day I got in touch and continued to provide information in the lead up to our trip.

They provided my friends and I with a private transfer from the airport to the villa. Mazi was ace. He helped us with the transfers and organising activities as well as giving us ideas on what we can do. Yassine was also super responsive and helped us with any queries we had and the maids were super friendly and made us a great breakfast every morning and kept on top of all the washing and cleaning.

Great location in Guilez, one of the best. Very short walk to the mall, lots of local cafes, restaurants and amenities very close. Very comfortable apartment with a big, comfortable bed! Recommend staying here.

Très grande villa toute neuve avec mobilier neuf et contemporain.
Les lits sont immenses et confortables digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
La piscine est ensoleillé toute la journée et à très bonne température.
Il y a des TV dans toutes les pièces avec IPTV YTB NTFLX etc...
C'est encore mieux qu'en photo !
La résidence est très sécurisée et très bien entretenue.
Yassine et Nourredine sont des hôtes exceptionnels, professionnels et très gentils.
J'y reviendrai à coup sûre, cette villa est un coup de cœur !

Le riyad est magnifique, en plein centre et la terrasse est super agréable.
Petite dédicace à Rhaoula, la fée du Riyad, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel. Gentille, attentionnée, accueillante et très forte pour les petits dej !! Vous trouverez vos chambres toujours propres et rangés grâce à elle, tout en vous sentant accueillis dans ce beau pays qu’est le Maroc.
Merci aux autres personnes qui nous ont accompagnées dans tout ce qui est transfert à l aéroport, excursion etc. L’équipe est au top, réactive et s’adapte à tous nos besoins.

This little road was a great find. Just tucked off one of the main streets in the Medina and a 3-min walk from the taxi drop off. It is one of many which Carole co-hosts so we were contacted by different hosts until the evening before check-in when Ayoub reached out. We simply WApped him once we were at a restaurant close by (it would have been difficult to find without him) He came within 5 minutes and showed us to the apartment.
Ayoub was so helpful, as was Fatimzella the housekeeper- she was extremely accommodating as we had arrived early and our son was poorly...
The apartment was spotless.
We stayed with our two children aged 9 and 11.
We loved the roof terrace. and the authentic feel of the riad in the centre of the busy streets but tucked off a into a quiet corner.
5 minutes walk from Bahia Palace in one direction, 5 minute walk to Jamaa el Fnaa square in the other.
The shopkeepers in the nearby shops became familiar and were very helpful and friendly, Dar Chef is great too

La ubicación es perfecta. Esta cerca de la plaza principal y es fácil de encontrar. Alaine está pendiente en todo momento y es un anfitrión perfecto. Tiene muchas escaleras y estrechas como se ve en las fotos. Es una típica vivienda de allí. La limpieza es impecable está todo cuidado. La ducha muy bien y grande baño amplio. Habitaciones pequeñas camas muy cómodas. Sábanas y toallas muy buenas. La cocina bien con todo lo necesario. No echas nada en falta y puedes comer cuatro sin problema. El salón está muy bien aunque no lo usamos para nada. La terraza súper chula. La entrada a la vivienda no tiene nada que ver con lo que hay dentro. En general es una vivienda casi perfecta teniendo en cuenta donde te encuentras. Repetiría sin dudarlo la próxima vez. No perdería el tiempo buscando otra opción. Hay cosas más baratas pero tienes que desplazarte en coche o taxi y perder dinero y tiempo y allí la circulación es la guerra.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene, il riad è bellissimo e ha una posizione super centrale.
La colazione è tipica marocchina è buona e varia, da tenere presente che bisogna comunicare l’orario della colazione e che difficilmente la fanno prima delle 9.00

De communicatie met Zakaria (de host/beheerder) was meer dan geweldig!
Altijd bereikbaar en altijd beschikbaar en service met een lach.
Leila die het interieur bijhield en het eten maakte was ook boven verwachting en zeer grondig in haar werk. Zeer discreet en ontzettend vriendelijk.

This was a beautiful stay.

Super séjour ! L’appartement est spacieux et agréable. La vue est magnifique et la terrasse donne sur un coucher de soleil tout les soirs.
Logement propre, les hôtes ont été très réactifs quand nous avions des questions sur les activités à proximités.
Nous étions 6 copines et avons passé d’excellentes vacances !

Ce beau Riad a respecté nos attentes familiales pour les petits enfants comme pour les adultes !
Propre avec un super petit déjeuner copieux, Khaoula la cuisinière du Riad s’est bien occupée de nous et même des petites filles !
Zakaria a été accueillant et très réactif.
Petit bémol concernant le taxi qui n’est jamais venu malgré la réservation pour un départ un 1er janvier.
Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage im schönsten Teil der Medina.
Uns wurde ein Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert und wir wurden freundlich empfangen, sonst hätten wir die Unterkunft allein vermutlich nicht gefunden. Angekommen hab es Minztee und einen kleinen Snack. Sehr aufmerksam!
In der Unterkunft gab es alles, was wir brauchten auf verschiedenen Etagen.
Ein großes Bad mit Föhn, Duschgel und Shampoo, eine kleine Toilette extra.
Die Schlafzimmer waren für unsere Zwecke voll ausreichend, die Matratzen etwas hart, was manche gestört hat, andere nicht.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, wir haben sie allerdings kaum genutzt. Über eine letzte steile Treppe ging es dann hoch auf die Terrasse, auf der wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Man hört das Treiben in der Medina, weil man mitten in den Souks ist. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Très beau logement et très propre, c'est comme sur les photos. L'expérience n'aurait pas était la même sans Khaoula, qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner et du ménage, gros merci à elle. Très souriante, disponible, avenante et de bon conseil pour éviter les arnaques du coin, toute la famille l'a adoré.

Un logement superbe et idéalement placé à Gueliz. Des restaurants et pâtisseries pour petit déjeuner ou diner sont à proximité.
L'accès est très sécurisé et à côté de l'école américaine, ce qui emmène encore plus de Serenity.
Un bémol sur la porte d'entrée, gérée par code d'accès, très sensible qui fait perdre du temps pour entrer dans le logement.
Le logement est très propre, spacieux et bien équipé.
Attention, il y a des travaux qui se déroulent venant perturber le calme dès 7h du matin le week- end également.

Most beautiful villa I have ever stayed in. Hosts were very responsive. Extremely clean and Assia and Sara are extremely attentive and welcoming. They made us a lovely breakfast and dinner which was very tasty. They were very helpful to give us information on where to get food etc. Nothing was ever too much. The pictures do not do this villa justice it is better than the pictures.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gueliz.
The hosts were very responsive and friendly and ensured a smooth check in & check out experience.
On our arrival we met Khalid who was great at ensuring we had everything we needed and organised our transport from and to the airport and throughout our stay.
The area is great and has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
Touristic places like the YSL museum and the jardin majorelle are 15 minute walk.
And it’s very easy to get taxis from the main road.
The apartment had everything we needed and there is not much to fault.
I would definitely return to stay here at this apartment and recommend to others.

Super riad, tout près de la médina. Joliment décoré avec goût. Un bon accueil par Bouchera et Khalid qui ont été au petits soins avec nous. La description du logement correspondait bien mise à part la piscine qui paraissait plus grande sur les photos, mais nous étions content de pouvoir se rafraichir après les chaudes journées. Le riad est plutôt bien situé dans la médina (vieille ville) ville historiques du Maroc . C'est là que s'épanouit le cœur de la culture marocaine, avec ses ruelles sinueuses, ses souks animés et sa vie locale dynamique. The raid was gorgeous and very central - within a minute walk to the medina market.

Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Siamo stati i primi clienti di questo ottima casa, sono stati veramente molto accoglienti e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, l’area è molto tranquilla e dispone di molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, la casa era pulitissima e impeccabile e dista veramente pochissimo dalle zone più frequentate di marrakech.
Sono stati molto amichevoli e sempre disponibili ad ogni nostro bisogno, ritorneremo senz’altro la prossima volta.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights at the villa to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The villa was beautiful inside and out. We really enjoyed the pool, cinema room and games room as well as relaxing in the lounge and the top terrace area.

The staff members Aya and Assia were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for and they really made an effort with us. They spent time with our mum and they shared recipes with her too. They really made us feel like family and we appreciated everything they did.

Magnifique appartement avec la terrasse en haut (accessible pour des adultes en bonne forme, escalier en colimaçon). Ce serait bien que le jacuzzi soit chauffé avant l’arrivée des utilisateurs.
Quartier tranquille et immeuble super sécurisé. Un bon endroit pas loin pour prendre un petit-déjeuner nous a été recommandé par le Monsieur qui nous a très bien accueillis. Pratique entrée avec code, ça évite de prendre la clé et de la perdre et comme ça, tout le monde peut accéder au logement quand il veut c’est super! Trois salles de bain: très pratique. Le salon est très spacieux, c’est magnifiquement agencé comme sur les photos! Il faudrait tout de même du shampoing et papier toilette pour ce standig. Le wifi fonctionnait pas correctement (mais je n’ai rien dit car personnellement je n’en avais pas absolument besoin, il aurait fallu écrire au propriétaire qui aurait sûrement été très réactif). Merci pour ce séjour!

Parfait ! On est situé en plein centre de la médina, très facile d’aller à la place jemma el fna à pied en 7 min. Calme malgré le fait qu’on ai été dérangé par des enfants dans la rue qui s’amusaient à toquer à la porte pendant plusieurs jours. Nous avons eu un problème avec la serrure mais Ismail a envoyé un serrurier très rapidement. La maison est exactement comme décrite, rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner inclu était délicieux. Le bain sur le toit n’est pas chauffé donc un peu froid même par 35 degrés dehors.
Nous sommes resté 3 nuits à 7 je recommande !!

Great apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. The place is close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding stay at Riad Khadouj. The location is hard to beat with easy walking access to everything and yet easy walking from the parking lot. The housekeeper Houda is just such a great host and she took such good care of us like family and even sang and danced with us. The Riad is very traditional in design and that comes with some limitations on modern amenities but it’s totally worth it to make minor adjustments.

Our stay at this beautiful riad was perfect. A spacious place with hosts that accounted for all of our needs as well as a delicious breakfast. The rooftop was our favourite, providing a private spot to relax and catch some rays! I could not recommend this place more for a group wanting to stay in a great spot in a beautiful city.

L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé: cuisine avec micro-ondes, four, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, salle d'eau et WC pour chaque chambre, air conditionné partout, TV connectée...
Il nous manquait quelques petites choses au départ (niveau vaisselle notamment), mais l'équipe a été disponible et réactive suite à notre demande.
Nous avons été un peu déçus de l'espace piscine qui nous semblait moins bien entretenu (peinture qui s'écaille, filtration de la piscine non fonctionnelle).

Very nice apartment and helpful people! Just make sure you look up 'Dar Kado' on Google maps when searching for the apartment because the giving adres '35 Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid' won't send you to the right place. You'll look like you need help and there's many people in the streets that will want to help you and request a lot of money afterwards. So looking up 'Dar Kado' on Google Maps will save you the trouble!

We booked this place for 8 girls for one of our birthdays and it was PERFECT!!! The Riad was beautiful!! The main area is spacious and perfect for group gatherings as well as the private pool rooftop! Best of all the place is right in the centre and easy access to everywhere and especially the Medina. However, the highlight was Mazi and Khaula (housemaid) who managed to arrange a birthday cake surprise for us and sang and danced and made sure we had a great holiday!! Definitely recommend this Riad for a full Moroccan experience!

Séjour impeccable.

This riad was great for our group of 12. It was very clean and the hosts were very responsive. They accommodated our dietary restrictions for breakfast. The hot water and WiFi worked great. It was in a great location around a lot of restaurants and shops and was quiet at night. The rooftop was a nice place to hang out. Overall, the riad was very nice, clean, and luxurious especially compared to many other places we stayed during our trip to Morocco.

Die Fotos vermitteln einen sehr guten Eindruck von der Ausstattung. Genau so war es. Die Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe war im Inserat kommuniziert. Insoweit waren wir darüber informiert. Die Bauarbeiten gingen aber erst spät am Morgen los und waren ehrlich gesagt nicht so laut.
Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Apartment, was wir nur empfehlen können.

Tout était parfait, la maison est fidèle aux photos, spacieuse et impeccable ! Jardin super agréable, et rooftop avec équipement sportif parfait pour commencer ou finir la journée.

Nous avons également fait appel aux services de Mariem qui nous a préparé des plats plus délicieux les uns que les autres avec beaucoup d’écoute et de gentillesse ! Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons dès que possible 🙂

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa in Marrakesh. The property itself was outstanding – very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every room was spotless.

The host went above and beyond throughout our stay. Extremely responsive and accommodating – even went out of their way to drop off a larger cot for our son late at night, which we really appreciated.

The amenities were top-tier. The pool was pristine, the cinema room was brilliant, and the games room kept the kids entertained. It truly had everything we could have hoped for.

A huge shoutout to the amazing maids, Aya and her mother. They were absolutely unreal – super friendly, incredibly helpful, and kept the place immaculate. They also cooked us delicious meals throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special.

Great value for money and an unforgettable trip for me and my family. We 100% will be returning – we loved every minute of.

Nourradine and Khalid were very responsive and really helped us out! Our other lodging plans fell through at the last minute as we drove to Marrakech’s and Nourradine and Khalid really came through for us with a very fast confirmation and super quick response time!
